Why isn't my coupon working?
Short answer
It may have expired, already been used, not apply to the items in your cart, or be a personal coupon linked to another customer.
- Expired: check the end date in the e-mail or message you received.
- Already used: most codes work once only.
- Not for these items: some codes only apply to certain products or categories, or need a minimum order.
- Personal coupon: it only works for the account or e-mail it was sent to. Sign in with that account.
- Codes usually can't be combined.
