Promo codes, personal coupons and gift cards
How do I use a coupon code?
Add your items to the cart, enter the code in the "Discount code" box and press Apply. The discount shows before you pay.
Why isn't my coupon working?
It may have expired, already been used, not apply to the items in your cart, or be a personal coupon linked to another customer.
How do gift cards and store credit work?
Enter the gift card code at checkout like a coupon. Gift cards and credit can be used until their expiry date and can't be exchanged for cash.
