Delivery times, your 4-digit code and missed deliveries
When will my order arrive?
The estimated delivery time for your address is shown at checkout. When your order goes out, we send you the rider's details and a delivery window.
What is the 4-digit delivery code?
It is a code we e-mail you when your order is out for delivery. Give it to the rider only once the package is in your hands: it confirms you received your order.
Can someone else receive my order for me?
Yes. A family member, colleague or estate security can receive it and give the code. The rider records their name and phone number and takes a photo of the package with them.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
The rider will call you. If no one can receive the order, we arrange a new delivery window with you.
My package arrived damaged
Open it with the rider if you can, take photos and tell us, ideally within 48 hours. We will replace or refund it.
