How do I track my order?
Go to Track an order, enter your order number and the e-mail or phone number you ordered with, and you will see every step from Order placed to Delivered.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel free of charge until your order is marked "Shipped". Contact us with your order number and we refund you in full within 7 business days.
Can I change my delivery address or phone number?
Yes, as long as your order has not been shipped yet. Contact us with your order number and the new details.
I didn't receive my order confirmation e-mail
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it is not there, track your order with your phone number, or contact us and we will resend it.
