What is the 4-digit delivery code?
Short answer
It is a code we e-mail you when your order is out for delivery. Give it to the rider only once the package is in your hands: it confirms you received your order.
When your order is out for delivery, we e-mail you a 4-digit delivery code. It is also shown on your tracking page once you confirm your e-mail or phone number.
Only give the code to the rider once you have the package in your hands. Giving the code confirms that your order was received.

The delivery code is not a payment PIN. Our riders will never ask for your card PIN, OTP or banking password.
