Which items can't be returned?
Short answer
For hygiene and safety, pierced earrings, opened self-care and beauty products, and personalised or made-to-order items can't be returned for a change of mind. They can always be returned if faulty.
For hygiene or safety reasons, these items can't be returned for a change of mind once opened or used:
- Pierced earrings
- Opened self-care and beauty products
- Personalised or made-to-order items
These exceptions never apply when an item is faulty: see My item is faulty or not what I ordered.
